Delivery
We deliver all over Hong Kong. Here are our minimum order amounts for free delivery and delivery costs:
Hong Kong, Kowloon & Clearwater Bay Area $900
Orders below minimum amount: service charge of $80
The Peak & Shek O $1,100
Orders below minimum amount: service charge of $100
New Territories $1,300
Orders below minimum amount: service charge of $170
If you would like to enquire about minimum order amounts and delivery costs, please contact us by email at orders@alioli.com.hk. We can also deliver to your workplace or make other arrangements.
Orders are also available to be picked up from our kitchen in Wong Chuk Hang (Monday - Friday, Sunday).

All prices listed are in HKD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We require a minimum lead time of 5 working days.
Please contact us to confirm your preferred delivery time slot (AM/PM) before ordering. We are not able to schedule delivery times precisely and can only confirm an AM/PM delivery time slot as our delivery schedule varies from day to day. Please arrange for someone who will be at home on the delivery date or for your products to be left somewhere safe and cool to avoid food spoilage.
An additional charge will apply if you need your order to be delivered on a public holiday.
In-store purchase and pick up
Not all of the products listed are available at our Sai Kung location. If you prefer to trust your luck and see what we have on any day, please contact us by phone (+852 2792 2655) and our in-store team may be able to reserve certain items.
Dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, keto, etc)
We offer a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free products. Please check our gluten-free page for our full list of GF items.
Many of our products can be adjusted to suit your dietary requirement. When ordering, please specify if you have any dietary requirements or intolerances so we can take extra care with your order and share prices accordingly.

Did you know we once made cricket flour (yes, flour made out of crickets!) waffles for a customer before?
If there is a specific product you’re looking for but can’t find in our product list, we are happy to help create it for you. Simply send us an email at orders@alioli.com.hk with the product description, your budget, any dietary requirements and a photo reference if applicable, and we can discuss further.
Please bear in mind that some custom products will require taste testing, therefore your lead time and budget should make allowance for this. We advise to allow at least 1-2 weeks notice to give our bakers ample time to create a product you can be proud of.
Birthday cake add-ons
We have the option of adding a white chocolate plaque with a short note of your choice to go on top of your birthday cake. Please be sure to add the white chocolate plaque to your cart if you would like for it to be included, and let us know the “happy birthday” text in the notes section when placing your order.
We also provide the option of adding a limited number of candles and a plastic cutting knife, but please note this is dependent on stock available. When ordering, please specify if you require candles or a plastic knife and we will contact you to confirm availability.
