Pains Au Chocolate are essentially chocolate croissants: two batons of velvety dark chocolate enveloped in a flaky pastry dough and topped with lashings of chocolate for an extra indulgent touch!

Best served lightly warmed (or with a scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream), these are unsurprisingly much loved by children and adult alike.
